Hard Drive is one of the main villains in Megacat city. He has the ability to control electricity. His powers come from his surge suit, without it he is powerless. He made his first appearance in Night of the Dark Kat. He was stealing defense secrets when the Swat Kats found out. He tried to escape through the power lines, but Jake used an insulated missile to trap him. He was thrown in jail, but the creeplings broke him out. Dark Kat needed his help to destroy the SWAT Kats. Hard Drive agreed, but told him he's no match for their jet. Dark Kat plans to steal their jet and ruin the SWAT Kats reputation. They succeed, but in the end they are both arrested by Feral. He makes another appearance when he tries to take gold from a train. He almost gets away, but is stopped by the SWAT Kats.
