Gary Owens (May 10, 1936 – February 12, 2015) was the voice for Ulysses Feral in SWAT Kats:Radical Squadron,Grant Feral in The Return of SWAT Kats and Madkats and the SWAT Kats and Jordan Steele in The Return of SWAT Kats and Madkats and the SWAT Kats on the show, who also voiced Space Ghost on Space Ghost.
