A less-than-lethal missile that projects a temporarily blinding light to disable other pilots. Used successfully against Turmoil’s Omega Squadron by the SWAT Kats. The effects of this weapon can be at least partially negated by the SWAT Kat’s own helmet anti-glare visors.
