Burge was an Enforcer pilot. He often flew as King's co-pilot. The two destroyed the Pastmaster's reanimated skeleton minions and took the chest he'd been buried in to the Megakat City Museum of History. Later, they participated in the siege of Megakat Tower. However, a flyer Plantimal spat acid onto Burge's chopper, partially melting it. Later, he and King dropped a gallon of weed killer on a behemoth Plantimal, but this only made it bigger.
