April Winchell is an actress who provides the voice of Molly Mange in SWAT Kats: The Radical Squadron. She also voiced Arpa on Robot and Monster, Peg Pete on Goof Troop, Clarabelle Cow on Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and many more. She is also the daughter of late voice actor Paul Winchell.
